1. The only positive things aside from location (if you consider a 10-15 min walk to the Quarter as a positive) is that the bellman who held our bags on day of checkout was friendly and accommodating, the cleaning person who provided extra soap on the first day was responsive to our request and the bed was comfy.

2. The hotel admitted responsibility (anywhere else you would just get a lame excuse), addressed the issue, and I was totally satisfied with how the situation was handled.

7. We had to wait almost an hour to get our car & when we raised an issue about it, we were met with very poor service & virtual non-responsiveness.

10. My husband and I travel quite frequently and always make it a priority to stay at Starwood Hotels, particularly the W-I had received an email Sunday morning asking how was our stay and responded with the below - I have just received the same request this morning so I am assuming my first response was not read, just adding insult.
