7. You still get a great sleep in a very confortable bed in a clean hotel, but you can get that in cheaper and newer hotels.

8. Again, we are well traveled and have very reasonable expectations - we often stay in 2 or 3 star hotels so we really don't expect too much - but toilet paper and clean towels are high on the list.

9. They folded our dirty towels and left them - and the coffee maker had leaked and we had used the towels to clean it up so they left filthy towels.
