1. Car service was nice but it doesn't pick you up and we had to take a $40 cab back to the hotel from the garden district.

7. When we checked in, the front desk woman was very nice (but when we checked out, the man at the front desk was extremely rude - and I swear his name tag said he was a manager).

10. The complimentary Acura drive is really nice, they will take you anywhere in a 6 miles radious, as long as you book in advance.
