1. The only positives are the bar staff, bell hops, and concierge area.

The only positive things aside from location (if you consider a 10-15 min walk to the Quarter as a positive) is that the bellman who held our bags on day of checkout was friendly and accommodating, the cleaning person who provided extra soap on the first day was responsive to our request and the bed was comfy.
