1. Though it is going to be unfair to those staff members whose name we dont recall, we would especially like to thank Hayward, our bellhop who took such good care of us.

6. Concierges Danny and Travis are really great at what they do -- they recommend great restaurants (ones you wouldn't know about as a tourist) and take care of getting you booked there.
