1. There are plenty of great places to stay in New Orleans but this is not one of them.

2. Another couple was having an issue and there were plenty of people at the front desk and they kept asking me if I was being helped, when I said no they just said okay you will have to wait.

10. The towels and wash cloths were thick & plentiful, one had a green stain which was clearly visible and should not have been issued out to a guest room.
