1. My cool corner room was equipped with a very expansive desk, a mini-fridge and bar, 2 honeycomb bathrobes, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a wide variety of channels including Sundance, DVD/CD player (there was also a CD sampler with music to listen to in the room, two telephones (one cordless), a twin bed-size comfy lounger, a coffee table with local magazines and coffee table book, pillows that feel like clouds, and neat shutter-style window coverings.

2. Not fun for my work schedule :(* On the plus side, the HD TV was nice, the bed seemed clean with lots of comfy pillows, internet (both wired and wireless) worked well in the room and was reliable, and it's a pretty good location close to casino, other hotels, riverwalk/aquarium, and French Quarter.

4. comfy rooms, great service and hospitality, 24/7 room service, close to everything, in house bars and restaurants, fitness room, business center, friendly staff (good job Kevin, Tony D, Krystal, Toney, Paul, Danny, Paris, Colleen).

5. The only positive things aside from location (if you consider a 10-15 min walk to the Quarter as a positive) is that the bellman who held our bags on day of checkout was friendly and accommodating, the cleaning person who provided extra soap on the first day was responsive to our request and the bed was comfy.
