3. She was welcoming and eager to help ,very sociable and professional ,then i made my way to the 38th floor (u get to pick between lower-highrise -mid level ),the view was incredible overlooking bourbon street without the noise ,.

The housekeeping staff was very rude and forward, there is no free breakfast or even coffee, no welcome drink, no fridge, microwave, or minibar in the room, there are only two computers for 50 floors of guests to use, my colleagues got a different rate than me because I was not told I could prepay.
