1. No damage, but didn't like seeing them man-handle the powered lift gate and seeming to have trouble with the electronicly controlled transmission and emergency break.

3. I usually like to provide positive feedback but regarding Sheraton New Orleans Hotel I have to recommend avoiding it if possible in your next trip to beautiful NO.

4. Many times I had to call down to get the simple stuff replaced in our room, like creamer for coffee and soap.

8. nasty room supposedly just been remodeled carpet was wet in the midle of the room and was cut to short more like a rug instead of carpet chair was torn up I expected a lot more frome what was supposed to be a 4 star motel.
