1. I usually like to provide positive feedback but regarding Sheraton new Orleans Hotel I have to recommend avoiding it if possible in your next trip to beautiful NO.

4. My husband and I visit new Orleans frequently, and have always stayed at the Sheraton on Canal Street for our Jazz Fest visits.

The hotel is conveniently located on Canal Street on the edge of the French Quarter, a few blocks to Harrah's Casino and within easy walking distance of many new Orleans restaurants and landmarks and including Court of Two Sisters, Jackson Square and Cafe Du Mond, Royal Street (shopping), Bourbon Street and the docks.

9. I asked if someone could meet us since we had to pack all our belongings and they finally agreed to have a bellman bring us a key to the new room, he never showed up.
