1. We've noticed that general upkeep has been going downhill over the past few visits.

What we liked: the room was nicely appointed, if a bit small (the hotel was built in the 60's or 70's and has been renovated); meeting spaces were nicely laid out; staff service was generally good (our floor maid was excellent); bell service and front desk was very good; they had a Starbucks in the lobby.
