1. Bathrooms are pretty basic, but very adequate and in good repair.

5. The bathroom was mildly depressing -slightly peeling taupe wallpaper with a green marble sink and faux gilded mirror- and lacked an adequate number of towels for even two people.

To be fair I happened to be in town the same week as a Lutheran Youth Congress, with some 25,000 adolescents running around New Orleans and quite a few staying in the hotel, nevertheless, they were less of a problem than the hotel's inability to provide an adequate level of service in the face of the high volume of clientele.

8. not recommended if you want a tub that drains, a toilet that flushes, extra towels, adequate toilet paper, computer services that work AND print, a good local restaurant recommendation, smiling and pleasant staff, need I go on?.
