1. The service however is outstanding from the valet who retrieved my blackberry cable and had the bellhop bring it up to my room without hesitation, the check in employee who made me feel welcome, and the gentleman I ran into in the basement, who redirected me without making me feel as if I was intruding on private territory.

3. I was welcomed at the Westin Hotel by the front desk clerk Ashley who reluctantly told me that my room was not available, this news upset me very much but Ashley graciously offered us an upgrade to a nicer room which immediately set me at ease.
