1. We made numerous calls to the front desk, and of course they knew there were problems, but continued to tell me it would be fixed, it never was, or to come down to lobby and use free wireless signal, which of course is what I really want to do at 2:00 am when I finally have time to answer my emails.

2. In fact if you go down to level 5 in the elevators and then walk down one level you get a very quiet booth seating area which still receives the free wifi signal from the lobby.
