1. The day I arrived everything I could have needed was there (including two drinking glasses on desk and one in bathroom)except the bath robe was missing.

3. The hotel bragged of having six floors of shops in the bottom, but most were closed, and the food was pretty terrible (except for The Brewery: great restaurant).

4. Room - It was fine, clean, bed was comfortable however the room itself was quite small which doesn't tend to bother me except that there was a door to an adjoining room hence it felt a little intimate being able to hear someone russling about on the other side.

9. For a 'high end' 4+ star Westin, this place was functionally equivalent to a motel 6 with a pool, except the Motel 6 has glass cups inside, easy entrance, bigger room, and showers by the pool.
