1. We read from some, that the Westin was getting dated, but did not find that, as the rooms were very updated, bathrooms large, bed 'heavenly' as always advertised, front desk modern, staff helpful and professional.

2. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to some others in the area, as you will find that the others can be rather noisy from the street and staff are sometimes less than professional.

7. Since my daughter's belongings had been in the room over 12 hours, she wanted to be assured that no bedbugs would be traveling home with her; thus, she requested that her and her friend's belongings be professionally cleaned.

9. The hotel tried to diminish the noise in a very professional manner but at same time moved us to a small suite which was amazing(great view, comfortable king bed, separate siting area with sleeper sofa for my kids).
