4. I guess first of all, the fact that I do NOT like LA being from NY, may have not helped in my initial expectations of this Westin Hotel.

5. We read from some, that the Westin was getting dated, but did not find that, as the rooms were very updated, bathrooms large, bed 'heavenly' as always advertised, front desk modern, staff helpful and professional.
