1. For us this was a good down town location, Public areas though were a let down, lots of the shops in the Hotel were empty,and generally the whole public areas needed to be brought up to date.

9. The rooms are small clean, have nice beds and generally offer nice views of downtown depending on your floor level (35 total).

10. While we generally walk back to the hotel after the show as well, at that time of night, it is a short cab ride back if you prefer.
