3. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff, shuttle drivers, bartender, wait staff, breakfast chef, maintenance (just ran into them in the elevator) - all made us feel warm and welcome and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

8. My suite was very spacious,well furnished and appoited with all the amenities I needed, the bedwas very comfortable and the flatscreen TVs in the bedroom andliving room were a welcome touch.

10. The bartender is pleasant to you only if you continually tip him which does not make the supposedly free reception welcoming, especially if you are expected to tip him every time a child goes up for a pop refill.
