1. The space is what made us happy, but the small things such as the iron base hanging by one nail, the mold growing around the showers soap dish and ceiling, and the sliding glass door handle being completely inoperable we're somewhat of a disappointment.

4. ' We DID get switched to a room on a non-smoking floor that was cleaner and our rate was reduced somewhat, but it was not a happy experience.

5. This hotel has a lot of pluses: the rooms are big and comfortable, the location is near Cleveland activities, the shuttle is a great convenience, and the free morning breakfast and evening happy hour are nice extras.

8. Since the hard case was on a clearance sale, and $60 less to spare, I asked if it was ok to purchase the matching hard-case carry-on which was $120, fully stating that I would understand if that this second purchase would not be approved, or I'd be happy if the remaining $60 would apply.

10. Was it another flub due to the front desk? Did they know about it and refuse to do anything? If I wasn't so happy with the excellent communication I received I would have been really mad after I saw the report on the same room.
