3. This hotel has a lot of pluses: the rooms are big and comfortable, the location is near Cleveland activities, the shuttle is a great convenience, and the free morning breakfast and evening happy hour are nice extras.

5. I normally stay here because it is so convenient to the Huntington bank building; however, I was in Cleveland for a week recently and decided to stay in a different hotel (the Hyatt - Arcade) and I will never stay at the Embassy Suites again.

10. I chose Embassy Suites because I wanted a secure, comfortable, convenient, and pleasant place to stay when my parents and I came to Cleveland for my Mom's surgery at Cleveland Clinic.
