6. Was it another flub due to the front desk? Did they know about it and refuse to do anything? If I wasn't so happy with the excellent communication I received I would have been really mad after I saw the report on the same room.

7. - The amount of space in the suite is excellent, especially if you have a child or are traveling with others and want an area to hang out that's separate from the sleeping area.
