Check in was slow and inefficient with the guy answering the phone rather than concentrating on what he was doing, the wait for the lifts was excrutiating, the suite was large but the bathroom had not been cleaned, my teenage son went to the front desk to ask about internet access and was told there was none, we found out at checkout that this had been a lie, I can't begin to explain why the check in guy did this, the organisation at breakfast was atrocious with huge lines for everything.
