1. I got a personal call from the general Manager the next day, asking how I was and how sorry he was that I was exposed to shellfish after I requested not to be.

5. Throughout this entire experience, I have had great help with the front office manager, the phone rep with corporate, the head of housekeeping, an engineer on site and then the head of engineering, but I have not heard from the general manager at all.
