4. From my first step through the door, I was greeted by every member of the staff within sight; the rooms and quiet and decently sized; small touches like the Aveda products in the bathroom and the turndown service with Lindt truffles.

5. Location is great for shopping it that's your thing and the receptionist even gave me a small Bruins emblem to wave when I told her that I was going to a game, what every hotel should be like.

6. If you feel like an early (or late) cocktail don't shop about the best bar in the area is in the Lenox.

7. My only small gripe is with the bathroom which ,like granny's, is rather out dated, even though the marble is still beautiful.
