1. All of the staff are so friendly and everyone always makes a point of saying 'hello' to you as a guest,This is a great hotel, ideal for exploring the city, 2 mins walk to nearest T (subway stop).

The staff starting with Ashely who took our reservastion, the doorman who greated us upon arrival, different staff we passed in the hallways,Kristi (concierge)who gave great restaurant suggestions and ending with the gentleman who brought our car from the valet parking when we left were all friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

3. The Irish Bar isn't consumer friendly and could be much better laid out with a design make over but these are small niggles in an overall delightful week in Boston.
