The staff starting with Ashely who took our reservastion, the doorman who greated us upon arrival, different staff we passed in the hallways,Kristi (concierge)who gave great restaurant suggestions and ending with the gentleman who brought our car from the valet parking when we left were all friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

9. Location is great for shopping it that's your thing and the receptionist even gave me a small Bruins emblem to wave when I told her that I was going to a game, what every hotel should be like.
