5. Since we had to use our bath towels to clean up the bathroom,we begged them to have housekeeping send us up new towels.

6. Yes expensive to replace all the windows, but you would save overall by installing new windows and saving on the heating/cooling costs.

In the bathroom there was not one singel horizontal surface except for the floor, which was the only place where I could put my toiletriesThen the service: after i manged to get a room service menu, it turned out that most items on the menu were not available, housekeeping took away the dirty towels, but the first two days they were not replaced by new ones, The hotel is very large but only has a small unappealing breakfast room/bar/restaurant.

10. Finally, it seemed that getting a card remagnitized without all four cards there would reset all cards and prevent them from working, meaning that by the end of the trip, we had only a single working card and no real means of obtaining new working ones.
