1. I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff, who were really helpful.

2. I had a few problems with parking (valet was completely jammed, and the self park card they gave me didn't work), but they went out of their way to make it up, and overall, I was really impressed with the hotel.

3. Again, I'm not sure of the wording on the website, but we were also under the impression that we were getting a complimentary breakfast, however it was only complimentary for business conventions held at the hotel.
