1. Everything else about the hotel was acceptable, but the sheets were the worst I have ever slept on.

2. I was pretty apprehensive after finding out that the Sheraton, City Center, was the 3 star location that had accepted my bid for a 4 day medical visit to Johns Hopkins.

3. If you book thru Expedia they have a concierge who will accept your room keys at check-out and you're on your way - no waiting.

4. I explained that they had a reputation on Expedia for saying that - and unfortunately that was not acceptable - we want the room we have already paid for.

5. They approach with an extended hand, which if one accepts, apparently gives the beggar license to expound some ridiculous story that involves either the bus station or a local hospital and the need for $14.

8. The hotel had insects (roaches) and the staff didn't accept this as being a big problem.
