9. I'm certain there are better properties in SPG and I'm positive I've stayed at some of them, but I'm also certaint that I have yet to meet such dedicated group of professionals trying to do the best they can, given the circumstances.

10. I also asked for a late check out which the very nice night guy John said was no problem (he was the best front desk person; the bellhop and some other random people were nice too).
