1. In this case the service upon checking in was exceptional.

In the bathroom there was not one singel horizontal surface except for the floor, which was the only place where I could put my toiletriesThen the service: after i manged to get a room service menu, it turned out that most items on the menu were not available, housekeeping took away the dirty towels, but the first two days they were not replaced by new ones, The hotel is very large but only has a small unappealing breakfast room/bar/restaurant.

5. at night, there's nothing around the hotel: except for a 7-11, but the neighborhood is kind of rough, not the safest, so it's not a good idea walking in the middle of the night.

6. Had to use the flashlight on my phone when entering the room, because all the light fixtures, with the exception a simple lamp, were not working or had no bulbs in them.

8. i have traveled all over the world and stayed in various hotels, visit baltimore yearly and have stayed in every hotel in the inner harbor with the exception of the hyatt and the intercontinental, and i have NEVER had this problem before.
