1. However, when I called to express my frustration and at least ask for a rollaway bed, the hotel staff were extremely short with me and told me that my room was not big enough for a rollaway bed.

What I liked about the room is the large flat-screen TV, and nice desk and comfortable desk chair; the huge wall-sized window with nice heavy curtains over a privacy curtain; the absolutely most comfortable bed I've ever slept in with 4 huge of the most comfortable pillows (King bed); a nice big dressing mirror next to the closet; the electric thermostat which responds and cools/heats immediately; and the 'modern' look of the bathroom.

10. The rooms here are 'miniature' - ours was clean, comfortable bed, decent view, outdated bathroom, but still clean with plenty of towels, big screen TV.
