1. Not a huge deal, as I understand this can happen from time to time and I know the hotel was fully booked for a major event in town.

What I liked about the room is the large flat-screen TV, and nice desk and comfortable desk chair; the huge wall-sized window with nice heavy curtains over a privacy curtain; the absolutely most comfortable bed I've ever slept in with 4 huge of the most comfortable pillows (King bed); a nice big dressing mirror next to the closet; the electric thermostat which responds and cools/heats immediately; and the 'modern' look of the bathroom.
