1. Because my rooms extended over the lobby and bar, it was quite noisy, but I did enjoy the spa jacuzzi and bidet in the bathroom, as well as 2 refrigerators and a lovely bed.

3. I ordered room service dinner twice (late night when I arrived and early eve on my last night/packing up) and room service breakfast twice: all meals were carefully prepared/served (and I love the 'superfoods' healthy/mostly nouvelle menu items).

The hotel is lovely--room was immaculate and tasteful-I have three points of criticism-1- guest are not affored free wi-fi --rooms in this hotel are in the medium range-providing in room wi-fi- should be an added amenity--2-after a nice dinner- i desired dessert however-i wish to carry it back to to the room with me--a take out container was provided- when the bill arrived i was stunned to see a service charge for this--a charge for the waitress to place two scoops of sorbet in a take out container--outrageous--the 2nd night's dinner was at the wonderful restaurant B Smith at Union Station--I also ordered dessert to go and was not charged an additional service charge.
