Positives:- ok location (not as convenient as some, but walkable)- great service, from reception to restaurants - food at both breakfast and dinner was great- warm cider in reception was wonderful when coming back in from the coldNegatives- we had a room looking onto the atrium, and did feel rather deprived of sunlight after a day and desperate to return to the outside world (even though we had been out and about a bit)- valet parking so cost every time want to use car.
