4. My AAA rate included a very nice buffet breakfast in a restaurant with a nice atrium-second level location; the Starbucks in the lobby made me a nice nonfat latte, and the front desk was friendly and helpful.

9. Can you believe they brought up a rubber ducky for her to play with?As we were leaving, an awesome bellman named Martin, helped us with all of out luggage and went out of his way, even offering us bottles of water for our trip home.

10. In addition, the workout facility was way better than I expected and everyone from the front desk attendant to the room service delivery person to the gentleman out front who called me a cab was pleasant, gracious,helpful and nice.
