4. There was a free workout room with excellent equipment, and for our track and field daughter this was a huge plus to stay in shape.

6. My husband was given a huge tablespoon instead of a soup spoon, the entree was placed on the table while we were still eating the salad course, basic stuff which should not be happening at a hotel of this supposed standard.

7. They are renovating some still so there was a a huge dumpster outside the hotel, which was less than attractive - but it wasn`t a big deal.
