1. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because there were things here and there that needed maintenance which were taken care of when management was informed of them.

3. We notified the front desk before eating dinner to insure that this would be taken care of before we returned from dinner to avoid any more disturbing images for my child.

6. On a positive note, the concierge my first and second day was amazing, she provided great advice, took care of booking a requested tour, provided excellent shopping recommendations and was easily the most personable and interesting person at the hotel.
