1. The hotel is a little dated, especially the lobby, but I had a room on the 10th floor with an external sliding glass door that was perfectly acceptable.

4. You're not exactly sure where to wait for the trolley, and when it finally gets there it's filled to capacity and the driver cannot accept you on board.

I will accept that it was partly my fault because after returning to my cleaned room ( door was open housekeeping lady still there ) i started to unpack , tried to admire the non exsistant view ( office buildings ) , it evetually turned out that i was in the wrong room and my room had been ready all along .
