1. It seems like the hotel is older but have gone thru some renovations recently.

2. No free Internet in business center - c'mon guys, can't I print my boarding pass? Overall, good stay, though I've always felt like a number, not like a valued customer, unlike at other Holiday Inns.

3. That said the next day the staff handled our request for a quieter room (on the back side of the hotel) well and I would recommend you push this point if you don't like a noisy room.

4. Restaurants on site were horrible - went into restaurant for dinner that night and it felt like a cafeteria.

9. The sites that most people like to see while in San Francisco, China Town, Union Square, The Embarcadero, Fisherman's Wharf are 1/2 mile to a couple of miles away.
