There is also a good supermarket across the road and round a corner from the hotel, very handy for bits and bobs and was a lot
cheaper
than the little shop next to the reception area of the hotel.

Parking is real expensive, If you're renting a car there's a parking lot down the street on California and Polk thats about 10-15$

cheaper
Starbucks next door.

Didn't have a car but the parking prices were awfully expensive, much

Breakfast was always in the New Village Cafe, much
cheaper
than the hotel itself and the only place we found that could make a decent cup of tea.
