1. First impressions werent good when we pulled up and the bell hops were actually hiding inside the hotel - look - i'm a bit strong boy and I can carry my own case thanks but it is nice to be asked.

2. Desk staff were not overly impressive: when we asked via our tour guide to change room there was no apology of any sort, and the second room was presented with a 'take it or leave it' shrug.

4. A small gift shop sold MUNI passes which we found very convenient and the assistant was most helpful but otherwise I was not particularly impressed with the front reception staff.
