4. Arrival was efficient and friendly, with lots of useful information about the surrounding area - as on arrival in San Francisco I don't think it is entirely easy to know your whereabouts - I spent a day or so a little confused as to what was where.

5. I was very pleased with the rooms and general maintenance of the hotel, free wi-fi, and also the staff helped us in arranging a cab to the airport very efficiently.
