1. There's a Zipcar in the garage next door, and the Napa Valley Wine Store is a great place to get a reasonably-priced bottle of wine while you're there.

9. I give this rating for many reasons: 1) Convenient location: a couple of blocks to Union Square and BART station, 5 minute walk to SFMOMA, about 15 minute walk to the Ferry Terminal, Chinatown, etc.

10. You can print your boarding pass in the business center for free but if you want to get on the internet for any other reason you have to pay about $5.
