1. The Jaspers staff went out of their way to make the visit enjoyable and were extremely courteous.

4. Hotel decor tired and dated, staff very helpful tho and made all the difference especially the doorman and Angelique in Jaspers, location a little far out from the wharf for our liking but an enjoyable stay in an amazing city.

8. The concierge and staff were always friendly and courteous, the wine happy hour was quite enjoyable although after about 40 minutes they might run out of white wine and only serve red, and the WIFI internet always worked for us, although it was a little slow at times.
