1. Design-wise the hotel is gorgeous, including the rooms.

2. The location however is briliant, and is a gorgeous hotel, lobby is quite grand and the rooms, while they are small are very nicely decorated (although get impression this is same throughout NY) and the bed is big and very comfy.
