1. While the location is excellent and the checkin areas is trendy and upscale, service is substandard, single rooms are very small and this hotel will squeeze out every penny where hey can.

7. My sons are footballers so wanted to keep fit and used the gym regularly and said it was excellent and the equipment quite new.

8. Would we stay here again? Probably not, my vote goes to The Washington Square Hotel in Greenwich where we stayed before, excellent service, can't fault the place.
