1. The service is very good, the folks are nice and efficient, and, as I said, it is clean and elegant.

5. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the location was amazing,literally a 5 min walk to Central Park and a 15 minute walk to Time Square and right opposite the Lincoln Centre,we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and if we come back to New York we would like to stay here again.
