1. You coulnd't even open your window to let some fresh air in, because the other windows were 10cm from ours and people could see inside our room.

2. I do however, plan to make The Empire- my NYC home away from home, as it allows me to visit with my UWS friends and connect quickly to the LES where I enjoy the fresh , less corporate feeling shops and restaurants.

8. Almost every day something in our room was not replaced,we needed to keep on calling the house keeping service on the phone almost every day for missing fresh towels,toilet paper,soap,pillows,etc.
